On Friday, the Pentagon released what it called “new, never-before-seen” files related to unidentified flying objects on a webpage with fonts and grapics reminiscent of a 1990s sci-fi thriller. Trump described it as a promise fulfilled, but I saw it as yet another distracting bamboozle like the JFK and MLK files he released last year. As I noted in my March 19, 2025 post in the case of the former's release:

in the case of the JFK assassination, one really doesn't need to bury one's nose in the newly released files. The evidence Oswald had nothing to do with it has been sitting out in the open for decades. It has been out there for the asking, for those who seek truth rather than fantasy.
Much the same applies to the current release, i.e a lot of volume and 'noise' but virtually no signal. Say like the missing Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared Radar (ATFLIR) tapes reported missing by Ret. Lt. Cmdr. David Fravor in his House UAP testimony in 2023. As he noted, on encountering an object 46 feet long with Lt. Jr. Grade Alex Dietrich, in their U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornets. (In the Nimitz (2004) incident.):
"What you don't see is the radar tape which was never released and we don't know where it is right now. But there was active jamming the object put on our AG373 radar. I can get into modes later if you want. What was shocking to us is the incident was never investigated, tapes were never taken."
But what if it was 'never released' for a reason? To conceal the presence of non-human craft violating our airspace with impunity.That would most certainly disclose a very real non-human intelligence able to make our most advanced fighters look like 3rd rate mock ups from a grade z scifi flick. Release of those radar tapes (and ancillary material described in Fravor's testimony) would have shown a real file release not just more 'shiny stuff' to distract the hoi polloi. Hence, Trump had no basis to boast as he did on his Trash Social post:
“Whereas previous Administrations have failed to be transparent on this subject, with these new Documents and Videos, the people can decide for themselves, ‘WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?’
Some of the "never before seen" initial files released include documents from the 1960s space race between the United States and the Soviet Union - but again just more distractions not really focusing on the genuine 'meat' - like the missing radar tapes. Former President Barack Obama tells a YouTuber that aliens are “real, but I haven’t seen them and they’re not being kept in Area 51.”
In the wake of Obama's blurtation, Trump directed his administration to begin releasing files related to aliens, extraterrestrial life and unidentified flying objects to obviously 'one up' him.
He also attacked Mr.
Obama for his comments about aliens in the YouTube interview, insisting he
“gave classified information; he’s not supposed to be doing that.”
Which is total hogwash. All Obama delivered were his own off the cuff speculations on UFOs and aliens. But Dotard's overreaction to Obama does shed light on why he hasn't delivered anything meaningful in his much ballyhooed UFO file release: He KNOWS that giving us the actual missing AG373 radar tapes - from Ret. Lt. Cmdr. David Fravor's encounter would violate classified information law under the Espionage Act. This is also why he would not allow the release of the high resolution (4k) imagery of crashed debris, noted by Ret. Major Grusch. In other words, Trump busted himself with his rash Obama comment.
Cutting to the chase, what does come through when one accesses the material available at war.gov/ufo, is the sheer volume of murky images that could be anything- govt drones, illuminated kites or blowing detritus. In effect, most of what was released were just irrelevant distractions. But why be surprised? I never expected anything substantive to be provided when the orange freak first bellowed his blarney in February i.e.
A May 1st "Major Speech" By Trump Revealing Alien Craft Are Real? Don't Make Me Laugh!
Noting:
"Up to now, there is no hard evidence of a planned Trump UFO-alien speech, and no White House announcement has been forthcoming. As I noted earlier, the only reason I can see Dotard suddenly giving such a speech is to one up Obama in his recent podcast. Also, perhaps to try to boost his historically low approval ratings."
And that was confirmed. Trump gave no speech he merely let his pawns and trolls in the Dept. of War release what they felt would keep the hoi polloi happy and occupied and at least with radar off the Epstein files.
Let us also bear in mind, that as previously reported by Newsweek, Trump himself has always expressed skepticism about the existence of UFOs in the past, telling comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan in 2024 he "had never been a believer.” So why make people think you are? Why not just come out and say:
"Look I know this stuff is all bullshit but I'm telling my guys in the War Department to release a bunch of never seen stuff. Just make sure to hide the images of the actual alien craft recovered and the bodies".
But that is brute honesty, something Trump has never been capable of and besides would give the game away - so he can keep manipulating a captive populace trying to figure out how to pay for gas because of his stupid war.
That this release is not serious at all was proven when Dotard posted on his Trash Social for Americans to "have fun." So he treats it like a jokey distraction much like his nightly deranged Trash Social posts, i.e.
