Brig. Gen. Ryder: "No evidence of extraterrestrials" Unknown object captured in video by Navy pilots in 2017
The Pentagon says it found no evidence of extraterrestrial spacecraft, in a new report reviewing nearly eight decades of UFO sightings. This 63-page, unclassified document published on Friday is the most comprehensive report the Pentagon has produced on the topic, and yet another instance in which it has batted down claims of alien spaceships. In the forgettable words of this hodge-podge unprofessional effort:
"AARO found no empirical evidence for claims that the USG and private companies have been reverse-engineering extraterrestrial technology. AARO determined, based on all information provided to date, that claims involving specific people, known locations, technological tests, and documents allegedly involved in or related to the reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial technology, are inaccurate. Additional claims will be addressed in Volume II."
The Pentagon's All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) issued the report, which covers claims of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) — the military's term for UFOs — dating from 1945 through October 2023. The AARO was created in 2022 to identify and resolve reports of UAPs.
Towing the 'party line' Pentagon Press Secretary Maj. Gen. Patrick Ryder said in a statement Friday:
"AARO has found no evidence that any U.S. government investigation, academic-sponsored research, or official review panel has confirmed that any sighting of a UAP represented extraterrestrial technology,"
Adding that "all investigative efforts concluded that most sightings were ordinary objects and the result of misidentification. Many of the sightings turned out to be drones, weather balloons, spy planes, satellites, rockets and planets, according to the report."
Which we already know. Effectively skirting the recorded sightings and verified reports of trained military pilots, e.g.
Which emphatically indicates a technology far in advance of our own, and neither Russian, Chinese or any other nation's on this Earth. A fact also established by the Nimitz pilots in their '60 Minutes' segment:
Navy pilots describe encounters with UFOs - YouTube
Indeed, the craft self-evident in the Navy pilots' video recording discloses we are roughly in the same boat as primitive Neandertals would be trying to grasp an F-117 Nighthawk that somehow ended up 50,000 years in the past, e.g.
The Neandertal would be unable to make any sense of such a craft and to preserve his sanity, might well just dismiss it or try to explain it away. Which is essentially what our military and governmental "brain trust'' has been doing for over 75 years.
Predictably, this latest whitewash dismisses some of the most explosive claims made in a July congressional hearing, in which former military officials claimed the government is concealing from the public what it knows about UFOs. In one account, a former Air Force intelligence officer alleged the government has long operated a covert program in which it has reverse-engineered recovered UFO vessels. See e.g.
But never mind, in his canned remark Ryder doubled down on denial, saying:
"To date, AARO has found no verifiable evidence for claims that the U.S. government and private companies have access to or have been reverse-engineering extraterrestrial technology,"
We are also informed the office plans to publish a second volume of the report later this year that covers findings from interviews and research done between November 2023 and April 2024. But don't hold your breath, given the media and factions of academia and the military is bound to the prohibition of admitting any actual alien technology. So this transparent 'song and dance' must be continued in what my late brother Jerry once called "planned ambiguity" to keep the hoi polloi in a state of prolonged "I dunno." This conforms to the paper put forward in 2008 in the journal Political Theory:
Sovereignty and the UFO - Alexander Wendt, Raymond Duvall, 2008
which ought to be required reading for the boys at the Pentagon,
Therein authors Alexander Wendt and Raymond Duvall note the phenomenon of the UFO as real tends to be rejected by government sources ("USG") because it conflicts with the human concept of state sovereignty. Thus we are to preserve at all costs the delusion that we humans alone are at the top of the cosmic food chain, and no superior civilization has ever dispatched craft to our planet to challenge that presumption.
But if Brig. Gen. Ryder and his Pentagon cohort are serious I invite them to challenge Jerry (who was an Air Force officer working at Wright-Patterson AFB in 1960s). In 1990, at a family confab in Port Charlotte, FL, Jerry also provided the following FOIA -released memo from Gen. Nathan Twining. This was formally issued in the wake of the Roswell (New Mexico) and other UFO sightings:
- 23 September, 1947
Concerning Flying Discs
To:
Commanding General
Army Air Forces
Washington 25, D.C.
ATTENTION: Brig. Gen. George Schulgen
AC/AS-2
1. As requested by AC/AS-2 there is presented below the considered opinion of this Command concerning the so-called ‘Flying Discs’. This opinion is based on interrogation data report data furnished by AC-AS-2 and preliminary studies by personnel of T-2 and Aircraft Laboratory, Engineering Division, T-3. This opinion was arrived at in a conference between personnel from the Air Institute of Technology, Intelligence T-2. Office of Engineering Division, and the Aircraft, Power Plant and Propellor Laboratories of Engineering Division T3.
2. It is the opinion that:
(a) The phenomenon reported is something real and not visionary or fictitious.
(b) There are objects probably approximately the shape of a disc, of such appreciable size as to appear to be as large as man-made aircraft.
(c) There is a possibility that some of the incidents may be caused by natural phenomena, such as meteors.
The reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll) and action which must be considered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly aircraft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled either manually, automatically or remotely
(d) The apparent description of the objects is as follows:
(1) Metallic or light reflecting surface
(2)Absence of trail except in a few instances when object was operating under high performance conditions
(3) Circular or elliptical in shape, flat on bottom and domed on top.
(4) Several reports of well-kept formation flights varying from three to nine objects.
(5) Normally, no associated sound except in three instances a substantial rumbling roar was noted.
On citing and showing this document to me and Janice, Jerry declared it revealed Gen. Nathan Twining's sheer audacity, in dispatching it to Brig. Gen. Schulgen. It also reflected the pervasive urgency in the military within 2 1/2 months of the Roswell crash. To wit, our defense structure had been caught flat-footed and this unpreparedness could not happen again.
Jerry was adamant in asserting that within the Twining memo lay the foundation for Project Sign and its principal conclusion that the discs (sighted in 1947-48) were indeed real and likely of extraterrestrial origin. (In the report released by AARO, see link above, we read this on page 14 under 'Project Sign':
"Project SIGN determined that nearly all were caused by either misinterpretation of known objects, hysteria, hallucination, or hoax. It also recommended continued military intelligence control over the investigation of all sightings. It did not rule out the possibility of extraterrestrial phenomena.”
This is important and basically conforms with the substance of the Twining memo.
Project Sign, of course, was followed by Project Grudge which determined that in the face of our incapacity to deal with them the flying discs had to be rendered nonsense. The province of fools, wackos, looneytunes and dodos.
Thus in Jerry's telling 'Grudge' was used as a cynical cover. It actually provided the excuse to simultaneously mount a covert program of re-engineering (e.g. of the Roswell disc) and a decades- long campaign of disinformation. The latter "to protect the bunch that wanted to re-engineer the discs for weapons" in Jerry's blunt parlance. In other words, the military personnel who testified in a congressional hearing last summer were spot on. All the efforts to then debunk their accounts were (forecasting Jerry's reply if he were alive to say it): "the usual B.S. you'd expect from the AF brass."
Ret. Maj. David Grusch, for example, said he was asked in 2019
by the head of a government task
force on UAPs to identify all highly classified programs
relating to the task force’s mission. At the time, Grusch was detailed to the
National Reconnaissance Office, the agency that operates U.S. spy satellites.
Grusch added in his July testimony:
“I was informed in the
course of my official duties of a multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse
engineering program to which I was denied access,”
Crash retrieval? Let's recall what Jerry said transpired in the wake of the Roswell crash:
"The military powers that be scarfed up
those bodies and the debris within hours and had them shipped off to Wright
Patterson Army Airfield near Dayton Ohio."
Jerry’s bottom line take: there was a Roswell crash in 1947, but the debris (and four bodies) were conveyed to then Wright -Patterson Army Airfield, not to Area 51 as the current mythos claims.
One of the bodies was "badly dismembered" in a botched initial autopsy attempt:
while three others remained intact and were preserved. Again, in Wright -Patterson's Blue Room. Jerry quickly added that the Air Force's disinformationists have included in their targets the name 'Blue Room' itself - dismissed as "urban myth". But the official designation of record for Blue Room operations, is NASIC - National Air and Space Intelligence Center and "it's as real as a heart attack."
He was adamant that the
assorted rooms: Hangar 5 (not Hangar 18), which later became
the Bldg. 18 complex - included Bldgs. 18A, 18B, 18C, 18D, 18E, 18F, 18G
- the next to last with 4 cold rooms where the corpses of EBEs (extraterrestrial biological entities) were
stored. The complex was formally operated under NASIC
(formerly Foreign Technology Division or FTD) and basically it
had oversight concerning disposal and storage of craft wreckage, EBE bodies and
artifacts.
Back to the congressional hearing on UAP last summer:
Asked specifically to elaborate on any "non-human spacecraft" or artifacts recovered, Ret. Major Grusch responded he could not discuss such crash debris in open session. (A SCIF or special compartmentalized intelligence facility was required for congress to access sensitive materials.) He was not "cagey" about it at all, merely providing the conditions under which the hardest evidence - including 4k imagery - could be divulged without him being imprisoned under The Espionage Act (which was used to put former AF officer Reality Winner in a federal slammer for 5+ years for leaking docs pertaining to Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections).
As for the (1947) Roswell “craft mixed up with a balloon” bollocks Ryder trotted out again, that was already skewered at the time. This was by physicist C.B. Moore of the New Mexico Institute of Science and Technology, an expert on observational balloon technology. According to Prof. Moore,
"There were no such balloons in use back then, in 1947. The Skyhook series didn't even come onstream in New Mexico in 1947."
Moore
ought to know as he was part of a high altitude balloon project based out of
White Sands, NM. Adding:
"No balloon in use
back then could have produced such a large debris field, over such a large area
and torn up the ground as well."
This also douses the GAO report issued in 1995 that claimed the original AF weather balloon story was intended to conceal a more serious balloon -Skyhook - designed for military purposes to spy on the Soviets and provide early warning for a nuclear attack.
That one doesn't make the cut either given Prof. Moore noted "no balloon" back then could have produced the large debris field.
As for the artifact Roger Ramey and his AF stooges produced in the wake of the Roswell incident - known as a "Project Mogul" balloon - that was in fact known as a "Rawin target device". And according to Prof. Moore:
"Anyone finding such
flimsy foil and balsa wood material would have difficulty confusing it with
anything out of the ordinary."
So why does the Pentagon and AARO continue treating people-citizens as dummies and gullible dopes? Because it serves their purposes if reengineering of alien artifacts is indeed taking place.
In his book, Information Warfare, author Winn Schwartau described psy-ops as the tactic whereby "false information or misinformation is sown pertaining to a real event in order to deflect attention from it and at the same time destroy or compromise the reputations of any who reported the facts."
Within 5 hours of the Roswell 'flying saucer' account (see news clipping graphic) the Air Force's decades long information warfare began to stamp out the reality (of a crashed extraterrestrial craft) using disinformation and misinformation. The latest "report" simply continues that tactic.
If Brig. Gen. Ryder and the AARO's Sean Kirkpatrick are serious at getting to the bottom of the UFO issue then they will set up a SCIF to enable Ret. Maj. Grusch to elaborate on the re-engineered artifacts. But somehow I doubt they ever will, it's easier to find excuses when the upending of state sovereignty is at stake. . Human sovereignty over our home world must be protected!
