Anne Coulter calls upon the deity to smite down all liberals.
Bill Maher and some of his guests on 'Real Time' have often ruminated on whether Anne Coulter is actually a female - or a male in drag, or maybe a transsexual person. Not that there's anything wrong with them, but her general body language - not to mention androgynous (angular) shape including large-boned face - as well as raspy thick voice, doesn't jibe with being 100 percent female. At least in Maher's and his guests (like Michael Moore's, Keith Olbermann's and Ben Affleck's et al's) opinions.
But that's not the point here, but rather her insane blather - which always seems to have millions of fawning groupies hanging on her every word. Anything to tear into those goddam liberals, you know?
Most recently, after SC Governor Nikki Haley delivered a temperate, rational response to the Obama SOTU, Coulter went off half cocked on her Twitter feed and blathered:
"Trump should deport Nikki Haley"
Thereby also denigrating racially this woman of Indian descent. But maybe Coulter, like most of her followers (and Trump's), doesn't accept anyone with darker skin or non-Anglo background, period. (Look at the rage of the Neo-Confederates after Gov. Haley had the good sense to remove the Stars and Bars from the State Capitol.) At least when - like Ms. Haley- they have the courage of their convictions to speak their minds and project tolerance as opposed to bigotry and racial animus.
But fortunately almost as soon as Coulter defecated on her Twitter feed there was reaction, including some of her own fans. Some examples:
AngryRich Radio:
@AnnCoulter I love you Annie but STFU. Saying stupid shit to sell books and get in green rooms is pro forma but on this is vile.
Lew Moore:
@anncoulter You’ve really lost your mind, along with whatever shred of decency you used to possess.
@AnnCoulter Coulter, you lost conservative credentials long ago, when you started grinding axes instead of caring for conservative values.
But this Coulter's attack on Haley is tame compared to some of the wacko tripe she's expelled in the past. Some examples:
"If you wanted to teach people about the great things about America, a college campus is the last place you’d send them. Even fanatical Muslim terrorists don’t hate America like liberals do." Ann Coulter -- CPAC conference, 2002
"We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity." - Coulter column within 2 weeks of 9/11
On the death of Princess Diana:
"Her children knew she's sleeping with all these men. That just seems to me, it's the definition of 'not a good mother.' Is everyone just saying here that it's okay to ostentatiously have premarital sex in front of your children? [Diana is] an ordinary and pathetic and confessional - I've never had bulimia! I've never had an affair! I've never had a divorce! So I don't think she's better than I am." -- MSNBC, 9/12/97
"We need to execute people like John Walker in order to physically intimidate liberals by making them realize that they could be killed, too. Otherwise they will turn out into outright traitors." -- CPAC conference, 2002
"Whenever white liberals are in trouble, they always run to the blacks."
On air comment to a disabled vet:
"People like you caused us to lose that war." -- MSNBC
And who can forget how Coulter was shagged out of Canada (Univ. of Ottawa) for hate speech back in 2010, and trying to stir up trouble. See e.g.

So basically there is no mystery, none at all, why racist xenophobes adore her and hang on her every word. Why not, when she is channeling their own racist invective, bigotry and xenophobia on the larger media stage? As a recent TIME article on "Trumpism" noted, it's the same reason 'the Donna' draws angry, reactionary throngs to his Hitler-esque speeches. He is able to energize the angry nuts and channel their despair, rage and rejection of the constitutional system. Hell, that's why they want Trump because he allows for and preaches a schmoozer version of despotism.
A (Dec. 5th) article in The Economist also puts the Trumpies in perspective noting (p. 30):
"The anxiety Trump supporters betray by looking for scapegoats says most, of course, about themselves. Typically members of the white lower middle class, they are at once jealous of the small privileges that distinguish them from the toilers below, and bitterly resentful of the faraway government that provides their Social Security, VA care and Medicare.
Remonstrating in hard times, they are the "radical centre" in academic jargon, who turned out before for George Wallace, a populist southern Democrat who ran for President four times in the 1960s and 70s."
And recall Wallace was one of the most racist degenerates ever, until felled by a would-be assassin's bullet in 1972, becoming paralyzed and thereafter expressing a lot more tolerance.
Sadly, there won't be an and to the Coulter and Trump phenomenon anytime soon, so long as legions of people are prepared to find scapegoats wherever they can - whether Muslims, African-Americans (derided as "monkeys" and "apes"), intelligent ethnic women (Nikki Haley), or Obama (still idiotically called a Muslim despite the fact this has been long since disproven, .eg.

In other words, until more of our citizenry exchange their raw emotions and misdirected rage for a judicious, rational perspective, we are all in this for the long haul. One half of the country guided by brain, the other half by knuckle dragger, impotent anger and tantrums. befitting a 2-year old, e.g.
"Bwahahahahaaaaa! I no like Dems and librools!"
