Boebert- can't tell an article of impeachment from a brain fart
That Lauren Boebert is an irredeemable little Bimbette, HS dropout and political moron is already widely known. What may not be known is how she's confirmed it for us in spades just over the past week. Boebert appeared defiant during a Fox News interview with Hannity Thursday night, defending her decision to draft an impeachment resolution against President Biden and downplaying her 'mean girl' spat with onetime partner-in-crime, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.
The right-wing firebrand floozy told Hannity that she did not put "her life on pause to get in spats with people”—despite the much publicized incident in which she and Greene went at it on the House floor - going head-to-head in full view of C-Span cameras Wednesday. At one point Greene even called Boebert a “little bitch,” The Daily Beast previously revealed. But what kind of behavior do you expect of inbred, cornpone, semi-educated twits? And when ill informed or careless voters elect such deplorables to congress this is what they get. The problem is that decent, civilized citizens in the same districts get them too.
Boebert's appearance on the network came just hours after Republicans voted to send her resolution to impeach Biden to Rep. Jim Jordan’s House Judiciary and Homeland Security committees for review, in an apparent effort to avoid a direct vote.
Boebert used the opportunity to defend herself against her own party’s many critics for making what she described earlier in the day as an “historic” move. Those critics include the one other person seemingly intent on impeaching Biden—Greene—who was apparently livid that her own resolution was undercut by her Republican colleague.
According to one witness, as reported to The Daily Beast, Greene squealed on the House floor:
“I’ve donated to you, I’ve defended you. But you’ve been nothing but a little bitch to me,. And you copied my articles of impeachment after I asked you to cosponsor them.”
As Colorado Sun columnist Mike Littwin described it:
"Boebert's stunt was absurd given it would mean an impeachment without any committee hearings, without any testimony, without any evidence, without any smoking gun. It would basically be an admission that Republicans didn't belleve they had to have an actual case against Biden - much less one involving high crimes and misdemeanors - to impeach him."
In other words, like entitled, delusional college sophomores they expected they could just "wing it" and score an 'A' on a Calc test - based on Cliff notes. They are totally deluded, namely Greene and Boebert - especially clashing over who's "articles" drivel had the right to go first.
As Littwin pointed out, however, "We all knew that once Republicans took control of the House they would attempt to exact revenge for Donald Trump's two impeachments by impeaching anyone in sight - especially Biden."
And I warned about this in multiple posts leading up to the midterms last November. I weighed in citing numerous sources, that if voters really wanted elected officials to address inflation, for example, the last thing to do was elect Reeps. Note here, as Littwin does, that even Boebert's impeachment move was a step too far for McCarthy. Possibly aware of rumblings of discontent inside his moderate caucus

Who warned him they have power too, McCarthy persuaded Boebert to back down on the impeachment articles vote by promising he would send her resolution to the House Oversight Committee. (Which the House did the next day with a straight party-line vote). Meanwhile, McCarthy stood by Greene, along with Trump butt-licker Elise Stefanik - who introduced bills to expunge the two Trump impeachments.
Now just try to process that for a moment. These GOP skanks, self-promoters and poseurs not only want to impeach Biden on baseless piffle, but expunge the impeachments of an actual traitor and criminal wo ought to have been hung by now. In the words of one Denver Post contributor in a Sunday essay: "What we have here is a narcissist, a racist, a sociopath, a grifter, a liar and a cheat."
Which elicits the question of why a political party - as opposed to a personality cult- would protect such a slimeball? Well, they would if they were also cut from the same whole cloth rabble roach DNA.
At the end of his piece, Littwin predicted this latest Boebert grab for attention could put her (3rd congressional district) seat in jeopardy. Indeed, she barely won over Adam Frisch last November - by just over 500 votes - in a recount. And that was after promising she'd be less unstable, mouthy and antics. Seeing how close she came to political extinction, she promised constituents she'd "turn down the temperature" and keep nose to the grindstone attending to the district priorities.
Did she? Hell no! As Littwin noted:
"In the summer swelter she's all about turning up the heat. What can voters in Boebert's 3rd Congressional District be thinking? How much is too much?"
Well, one could ask what any of the voters could be thinking in ANY of the REEP congressional districts? Especially the ones in the left-tilting districts (like in NY and CA) which have at least 8 seats in play and could not be happy seeing the antics of the radical GOP House goons. For my money, these Goops can't help themselves and will soon displace themselves by their own overreach. Hopefully, we never see they their sordid asses in power again.
