RFK Jr. Turns Crackpot After Spewing Anti-VAXX Nazi Tripe In 'Defeat The Mandates' D.C. Rally

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Sunday - proving he's as much a moron about German history as he is about vaccines.
"No Covid vaccine! I believe whatever Bobby Kennedy Jr. tells me!"

It's regrettable to have to say this about a Kennedy, but Robert F. Kennedy Jr. - after his misbegotten performance  Sunday in Washington with the insane 'Defeat the Mandates' rally -  has proven himself a crackpot, moron and Covid variant enabler.  Not much different from FOX's Tucker Carlson or his crank sidekick Dr. Robert Malone emitting rot at the same event.  Malone's atrocity was actually invoking the words of Civil Rights icon Martin Luther King Jr., disclosing he neither understood Rev. King's message or the context.  As I told Janice, "This fool doesn't understand a scintilla of what he's yapping about Martin Luther King!"  She responded with a cynical laugh, observing, "And he knows none of the fools listening to him understand King's message either!"

At this paranoid exhibition - crossing political lines (alas) -    Robert F. Kennedy  Jr. actually likened vaccine policies in the U.S. to the actions of Hitler's Nazi state, even suggesting Anne Frank was in a better situation when she was hiding from the Nazis.

Is he freaking serious? What combo of shrooms and MJ candies has he been munching on?   Does this inveterate imbecile know anything about the Holocaust or life under the Nazis in the occupied nations during World War II?  Especially spouting this manner of cockeyed gibberish:

"Even in Hitler's  Germany (sic),  you could cross the Alps into Switzerland. You could hide in an attic, like Anne Frank did,  I visited, in 1962, East Germany with my father and met people who had climbed the wall and escaped, so it was possible. Many died, true, but it was possible."

But East Germany in 1962 was still not Hitler's Germany in 1933, or even in 1940-41. Kennedy's  blabbering of historically inaccurate B.S. with overtones of anti-Semitism ignores several facts: 1) You could not just "cross the Alps into Switzerland." Has RFK Jr. even seen the Alps that border Germany?  Does he really believe a German Jew could just "cross" the Alps into where, Zurich?  Basel?  We hiked 15 km across an Alpine pass (adjacent to the Eiger)  in Switzerland in 1978 and it nearly killed us. And we weren't lugging all our belongings in a half dozen backpacks across 75- 100 km, e.g.

For any Jews trying to cross ca. 1942-43 it would be damned near impossible and take days, even if they managed to avoid Nazi border guards.  And then having arrived at a city or town they would have to show identity papers or passports - each one stamped JUDEN -   how long do you think they'd remain free?  2) His dumb remark ignores the fact that Frank and some six million other Jews were murdered by Nazis. Frank,  a teenager at the time, hid in an attic in Amsterdam, not Germany, before she was caught and was sent to a concentration camp, where she died in a Nazi gas chamber.  Like Marjorie Taylor Greene who also yapped earlier about masks and compared them to the Holocaust and gas chambers, I had to severely correct her, e.g.

Brane Space: Marjorie Taylor Greene Wouldn't Last 15 Minutes In A Real Holocaust (brane-space.blogspot.com)

As I correct Robert Kennedy Jr. now, also directing him to the preceding link and hope the anti-vax mind virus hasn't destroyed all his working neurons.  It has certainly destroyed those of the gathered crowd, with many vowing to "try" Dr. Fauci for his "crimes" as well as the press, i.e. one crank barking:

"Not unlike the Nuremberg trials that only tried those doctors that destroyed the lives of human beings. We are going to come after the press that lied to the world."

Lied about what, idiot?  An mRNA vaccine that's been a godsend sparing millions of citizens horrific ends in Covid wards, suffocating even with intubation? (See bottom of post)

The Auschwitz Memorial responded to Kennedy in a statement on Twitter, saying, "Exploiting of the tragedy of people who suffered, were humiliated, tortured & murdered by the totalitarian regime of Nazi Germany - including children like Anne Frank - in a debate about vaccines & limitations during global pandemic is a sad symptom of moral & intellectual decay."

And of course that moral decay was evident in all the anti-vax speakers and promoters on Sunday as Chris Hayes showed in his ALL In segment yesterday.  It's just deplorable that the son of former Attorney General and presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy would desecrate his father's memory by helping to spread vaccine misinformation and in such a vile, unconscionable way.

To put it bluntly, it's unbecoming of a Kennedy.

While there is no national vaccine mandate covering all Americans, various cities around the country, including Washington, have required proof of vaccination for access to many restaurants, bars, gyms and other private businesses. The federal government mandated vaccines for federal workers, but a federal judge in Texas blocked the administration from enforcing it on Friday. The administration's attempt to mandate vaccines for large businesses was blocked by the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this month, although it allowed a vaccine mandate for certain health care workers to go into effect nationwide. Some businesses have voluntarily mandated vaccines.  With 850,000 dead Americans from the virus now, it's incredible that more mandates are not being enforced. In fact, it's bloody insane!

The courts also seem to have a blind spot regarding precedence, namely such mandates were court -ordered for smallpox vaccinations at the turn of the last century.

Sunday's event was billed as a protest against vaccine mandates, and featured an array of crackpots, quacks and deranged nuts repeatedly spreading misinformation about vaccines.  The afternoon farce in front of Lincoln Memorial showcased several ignorant and bigoted comparisons to the Holocaust. At least one idiot was seen displaying a yellow Star of David, which Jews were required by law to wear as an identifier in Nazi Germany.  How the fool managed to make such an analogy is anyone's guess.

While language referencing totalitarianism was common throughout the speeches, references to the Holocaust were found largely on signs, one of which read, "Make the Nuremberg Code great again!" and another read, "Bring back the Nuremberg Trials."  Again, displaying nothing if not vast ignorance of history.  I am not even sure the parade of kooks even knew the difference between the Nuremberg Code and the Nuremberg Trials, or the significance of either.

The former was implemented after the revelations of the horrific pseudo-medical experiments  carried out by Josef Mengele at Auschwitz, e.g. transferring limbs between identical twins and observing the results.  Also, eyes, ears and other appendages - as well as genitalia.  This was all part of the final solution formulated at the infamous Wannsee Conference, actually originally embodied in a series of minutes by Adolf Eichmann. Basically setting out in detail the most comprehensive blueprint for carrying out the extermination of the Jews of Europe.  The Nuremberg Code then sought  to  rectify the atrocities carried out by defining an explicit  research ethics   for human experimentation created by the U.S. v Brandt court following the Nuremberg trials.

The Nuremberg Code then delineated "permissible medical experiments" on human subjects and stated that such experiments must be for the good of society and satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts. The code was established during the prosecution of German doctors like Mengele  who subjected Jews to torture in the guise of medical experiments in the concentration camps.  Of course, the mRNA Covid vaccine is nothing like this, period. I have had all the shots (Moderna) as well as been boosted, and so has Janice.  We have avoided any Covid illness though friends have tested positive. (Nor are we worried about having hidden 'bots' in our bloodstream sending messages to Bill Gates "satellites".)

Apart from the cranks  like Robert Malone and RFK Jr. at the Lincoln Memorial there is the comedian crank named Bill Maher  - on his Real Time show.  Maher for the past 2 years has continued to spout balderdash about vaccines, the virus and mandates- with zero shame and less intelligence.  On Friday night Maher was joined by journalist Bari Weiss and New York Congressman Ritchie Torres for his Season 20 debut.  Within five minutes of sitting down at the guest table, Maher lit into  into COVID mandates like one of the unhinged twits in D.C.   Recall that on account of Maher's obtuseness about the virus, I've had to ring him up repeatedly, e.g.

In another segment Maher almost outdoes RFK Jr. when he picks apart the idea of masks, vaccine checks, and more. He came across just like a spoiled ten year old brat - entitled and coddled - who insists to anyone watching or listening that he "ain't gonna wear his bicycle helmet" any more. If he falls off,  hits his head and becomes brain dead, so be it.  Maher following suit, bawls:

I don’t want to live in your paranoid world anymore — your masked, paranoid world.  You go out, it’s silly now! You have to have a mask, you have to have a card, you have to have a booster. They scan your head, like you’re a cashier and I’m a bunch of bananas. I’m not bananas. You are.

Rep. Torres had to correct him that "they don't scan heads" - lest some fool watching gobble this bunkum down.  He also corrected Maher after he said Covid is kinda like the flu.  No, not when nearly 850,000 have died from it thus far.  Meanwhile, on her own show Whoopi Goldberg, who has feuded with Maher in the past over the Black National Anthem, took some time to lambaste the imp over his daft comments. She said:

"You don’t have to do it, but stay away from everybody. Because if you’re the one who’s not paying attention, and coughing and sneezing, then stay out of the public, man. Nobody wants this. I don’t want it.

Goldberg continued: “I think he’s forgetting that people are still at risk who cannot get vaccinated — little kids under the age of 5 or people with health conditions. How dare you be so flippant, man?

I would just correct Whoopi here because I doubt Maher is that dumb or ignorant.  He knows from ratings his show has been getting more eyeballs since he's reverted more toward his original libertarian bent.  As one Daily Kos poster noted:

"Maher is just another libertarian trying to echo their nonsense, and validate it.

Maher's nonsense now has metastasized into  a full blown anti-vax, anti-nask campaign that includes having total asswits on his show -such as David Katz-  a well known quack and Bozo who had written  a NY Times  op-ed a year ago claiming the fight against  the virus was "worse than the disease."

What neither RFK Jr., Maher or their fellow buffoons (including "proud" (sic) democrats")  joining them have yet to process is that their free-dumb stances dictate an alliance with the virus and its continued evolution into new, likely more deadly variants.  That means if death rates increase further and hospitals are overwhelmed martial law may even have to be declared to control the nascent stupidity and madness, especially if ERs are forced to triage care.  In the meantime what is needed is to put all these jackoffs into an indefinite quarantine until they get their heads screwed on straight....or get vaccinated.  In his most recent show.

FOX's Carlson claimed in his most recent show: "They cannot force you to get a medical procedure you don't want because they don't own your body."  But they do have responsibility for the general welfare, and that means they can enact vaccine mandates (which are not "medical procedures" - which an actual intubation would be) and the courts have done it before, in 1904.  Check the history, and not by watching Tucker Carlson or Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

CBS this morning - with David Begnaud at the Medical University of South Carolina-  showed the inside of a current Covid ward, with multiple patients intubated, fighting for their lives.Nurses echoing: "If only the public could see what we see!"   See e.g.

MUSC nurse telling COVID patient stories featured on ‘CBS Mornings’ (live5news.com)

It's a desperate scene all the 'defeat mandates' idiots ought to see - and maybe as Janice put it - if they end up there intubated (assuming there's even space) reality will finally strike.  Hopefully not strike them dead.

"Don't want to get vaccinated?  End up there!"

The "Defeat the Mandates" rally on Sunday in Washington D.C. was not exactly the blockbuster event, size-wise, organizers had hoped to turn out. The event's planners had predicted 20,000 people, but more reasonable estimates suggested it was fewer than half that who actually showed. But despite the paltry turnout, the event was deeply troubling to experts who monitor the far-right.

The tone and tenor of the occasion were so hyperbolic and self-aggrandizing, creating exactly the sort of conditions that will further radicalize ordinary Republicans and stoke more right-wing violence. Disgustingly, one of the main speakers was Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the son of the Democratic scion who was assassinated in 1968. Kennedy has spent the past few years becoming an increasingly unhinged anti-vaccine activist — but his presence on Sunday was even more alarming considering the role that the Kennedy family plays in the imaginations of the QAnon cult.
